Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring individualized therapy strategies that meet their unique needs.
  • Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal obligations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic care plans that improve client outcomes and address a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Professional Counselor role at Infinity Behavioral Health Center involves working with a diverse patient population, including underserved individuals and families facing mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to lead clients through their therapeutic journeys, supporting them in overcoming barriers to mental wellness while employing inclusive and culturally competent approaches.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
  • Minimum of two years of counseling experience in clinical settings is essential, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with patients.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice is necessary.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorder treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

  • Proficient use of EMR software and telehealth technologies to enhance service delivery and documentation practices.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 70,000–90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
