Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Tech Lead to lead the architecture and development of an AI-driven automation platform focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML systems, agentic architectures, cloud-native platforms, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
This role will drive the end-to-end technical vision for AI agents, DSL-based workflow orchestration, backend services, and SFMC automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in an Architect or Tech Lead role.
- Strong expertise in:
- LLMs
- Agentic AI architectures
- Prompt engineering
- RAG pipelines
- Experience designing distributed systems and workflow automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of DSL design, ASTs, interpreters, and compiler concepts.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, containers, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-driven automation or autonomous agent platforms.
- Knowledge of AMPscript and SSJS.
- Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and secure execution frameworks.
