Title : Full Stack Developer (React + AG Grid)

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and AG Grid to join our engineering team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and developing robust backend services. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build interactive, data-intensive user interfaces utilizing AG Grid features such as sorting, filtering, grouping, pivoting, and custom cell renderers.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience implementing complex data grids using AG Grid.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, state management, and component lifecycle.
• Experience developing REST APIs using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Redux, React Query, or similar state management libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
