This full-time role allows you to leverage your expertise in providing psychological support to a diverse client base from the comfort of your own home. As a crucial part of our team, you will deliver high-quality mental health care aimed at enhancing individual well-being and promoting effective coping strategies.

About the Organization

Mind Sync Behavioral Health Center is proud to operate as a fully remote outpatient mental health clinic. Our mission is to extend superior mental health care to underserved communities across the United States, ensuring that every individual has access to the support they need, regardless of geographical barriers. Our experienced team of professionals employs innovative treatment modalities grounded in evidence-based practices, all while fostering an empowering environment for staff and clients alike.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the state of Connecticut. Our clinic boasts a supportive and interactive online environment where clinicians can collaborate with peers across the country. Our remote setting encourages a flexible schedule, granting you the autonomy to manage your workload in a way that suits your lifestyle while still enabling you to provide effective care.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be tasked with several critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of your clients.
  • Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), that are empirically supported and grounded in client input.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and clinic standards.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Engaging in regular case reviews and peer consultation meetings that facilitate continued professional development and care enhancements.
  • Providing educational resources and mental health support to clients and their families, guiding them towards understanding treatment options and community resources.
  • Staying informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health to continually enhance your clinical skills and effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of patients, each presenting with unique mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals and families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. This diversity will require you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each patient, ensuring a tailored and empathetic care experience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Connecticut.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically focusing on psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
  • Strong proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong rapport building with clients.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical situations.
  • A commitment to teamwork, working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance patient care outcomes.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working remotely in a similar capacity or familiarity with remote clinical practices.
  • Prior exposure to community health clinics or similar mental health settings.
  • Specialized training in modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Family Therapy is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contribution to our organization. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Malpractice insurance provided at no cost.
  • An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for your personal mental health support and counseling needs.
  • Paid professional liability insurance.
  • Unlimited patient referrals to maintain a steady caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care.
  • A streamlined administrative process to minimize paperwork and maximize patient interaction.
  • Flexible and manageable schedules to promote a healthy work-life balance.

At Mind Sync Behavioral Health Center, we believe in fostering the growth of our employees. You will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
