InCore Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to enhance our dynamic team in Trenton, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite as we provide physical therapy services directly in the homes of our patients. Working in their personal environments allows for more tailored treatment approaches and fosters comfort and familiarity. The typical work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, creating an ideal balance for our team members while also ensuring that we meet the needs of our patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical functionality, strength, and mobility, using a variety of assessment tools and techniques to determine individual treatment needs.
  • Leverage advanced diagnostic methods to identify the most effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient.
  • Design and implement personalized therapy programs focused on restoring movement function and alleviating pain through therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
  • Employ neuromuscular re-education and specialized modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation when appropriate to facilitate optimal recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and recommended home exercise programs to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care that optimizes outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with patients, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process, fostering trust and reassurance.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at InCore, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Your role will greatly influence the quality of life for these patients, helping them regain independence and functionality within their daily lives.

Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is essential; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and create individualized treatment plans effectively is crucial for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a clinical or outpatient physical therapy setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
