Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Georgia SLP license
  • GaPSC Teaching Certificate
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, onsite speech and language services to students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Adapt services to meet diverse student needs within the educational environment
