Behavior Technician (BT) - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem

Make an Impact with Imagination ABA Therapy!

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team at Imagination ABA Therapy. With a focus on providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families, our organization is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. As a Behavior Technician with our agency, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of professionals, learn from their expertise, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, as assigned

  • Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

  • Collect data and document client progress

  • Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred

  • RBT certification a plus, but not required

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

  • Ability to pass background checks
