Mentor team members, review team deliverables for technical quality and consistency; set and uphold drawing standards and best practices across the practice.
Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders across all phases of design, interconnection, and construction.
Oversee project execution; assign tasks, manage workflows, track milestones, and prepare status reports for senior management.

Assist Project Leads in prioritizing engineering tasks, managing team resources, and fulfilling administrative duties as needed.
Ensure project designs comply with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, CEC, IEEE, and building codes).
Conduct on-site field visits to support design verification, construction, and commissioning activities as required.
Recommend and implement continuous improvements in design practices, project execution processes, and product performance.
