Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Print Shop.

Department Summary:

The Aultman marketing department is responsible for all internal and external communications, advertising and corporate branding. The division includes the media team (graphic design, photos, videos), corporate communications (internal/external communications, public relations, social/digital media) and the print shop. The marketing team works together to ensure consistency and integration of the Aultman brand across the entire Aultman system, working closely with every department and service line in the Aultman family.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate.

  • Self-motivated, well-disciplined and courteous.  
  • Able to manage heavy workload and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Able to work and complete tasks independently.
  • Ability to operate and maintain print and finishing equipment.
  • Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail.

  • Completes projects within appropriate timeframe and within budgetary limits.
  • Possesses flexibility to adapt to new situations, produces and routines.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Assists with all production functions.
  • Assists with any preventative or necessary repairs to equipment.
 
  • Operates and performs operator maintenance on printing presses, copiers, drilling and various equipment as needed.
  • Assists in production of general art (i.e. mounting, lamination, edging) and semi-permanent signage throughout the system.
  • Follows and enforces Aultman Corporate Branding Standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Fosters a work environment consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of the Aultman.
  • Supports strategic organizational and department goals.
  • Always Abides by Aultman Code of Conduct.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
  • Subject to frequent interruptions and changes in priority of duties throughout the day.
