WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The Senior Manager, Performance & Organic Growth Marketing will lead performance marketing across Paid Media and SEO/AEO for Hydrafacial and SkinStylus, with a primary focus on driving qualified device leads and supporting consumer demand. This high-ownership role combines strategy, execution, testing, and optimization to build scalable digital channels that directly contribute to pipeline and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and content syndication, with device lead generation as the primary objective.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies that increase brand visibility across traditional and AI-driven search and generate qualified organic traffic.
• Manage digital agency partners across paid media and organic search, including strategy, budget pacing, performance, quality, and KPI accountability.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience, Brand, Creative, and Influencer Marketing to develop conversion-focused landing pages, content, and creative across provider and consumer audiences.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Analytics to optimize lead scoring, lead mapping, attribution, tracking, and reporting across the marketing and CRM technology stack.
• Establish channel benchmarks and analyze campaign, search, pipeline, and full-funnel performance to identify opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build and manage a continuous testing and optimization roadmap across creative, content, landing pages, and lead forms, incorporating learnings into future strategies.
• Develop digital strategies that strengthen consumer awareness and engagement while connecting consumer activity to provider demand, pipeline, and account growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Required 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with demonstrated experience driving B2B or B2B2C growth.
• Proven experience managing paid media strategy, campaigns, budgets, and agency partners across major digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with SEO and emerging AI-driven search strategies, including AEO and/or GEO.
• Experience with lead generation, lead scoring, attribution, and marketing/CRM technology.
• Experience using digital analytics and measurement tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience developing and evaluating structured A/B or multivariate tests across digital campaigns, creative, landing pages, or lead forms.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience driving pipeline within a complex B2B sales environment, such as capital equipment, medical devices, SaaS, aesthetics, or a related industry.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or similar marketing, CRM, and reporting platforms.
• Experience managing performance marketing across multiple brands, verticals, or audience segments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

Primarily office-based role with extended periods of sedentary computer work. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in virtual and in-person work environments. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or other business needs.

Base Pay

Base Pay: $121,000- 143,000/annually + bonus

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
