Job Title: Reimbursement Coordinator, Home Infusion

Summary

As a key member of our Home Infusion team, you'll manage the end to end reimbursement cycle-handling billing procedures, navigating complex claims, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the reimbursement process for home infusion services

• Prepare and submit accurate infusion claims to medical payors (excluding prescription/NCPP payors)

• Monitor claim status, investigate denials, and resolve billing issues promptly

• Stay current on regulatory and payor specific guidelines to maintain HIPAA and compliance standards

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., clinical, sales, operations) and external partners to optimize revenue flow

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Minimum 2 years of home infusion billing and reimbursement experience

• At least 2 years maintaining HIPAA standards and working from a Front End Billing perspective

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and general computer literacy

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to document management

• Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or additional certifications a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding key performance metrics

• Knowledge of collections processes

• Broad understanding of home infusion routines and procedures

• Prior experience or exposure to CVS Health/Quorum home infusion workflows (advantageous)
