Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to create a comfortable and confidential therapeutic environment from your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, consistently evaluating their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to enhance their mental wellness journey.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and platforms to offer flexible virtual sessions, maintaining an interactive and engaging experience for clients who prefer remote support or have accessibility concerns.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, reflecting our organization’s commitment to professionalism.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, such as workshops and seminars, to continuously refine your clinical skills and stay informed on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and more. Engaging with clients from different backgrounds, you will have the chance to make a substantial difference in their mental health journeys, empowering them with coping strategies and tools for resilience.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters openness in client discussions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing your caseload effectively while meeting administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is a plus, enhancing your ability to adapt to our telehealth platform.
• Familiarity with using digital documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial for maintaining client records efficiently.
• Prior experience working with a broad demographic or specialized populations (e.g., children, trauma survivors) may enhance your ability to connect with clients.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and managed caseload.
