Position Overview

Huckeye Health Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team, providing full-time support to clients in a remote setting. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent. Work Environment

In this fully remote role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home arrangement. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This setup allows for a balanced work-life integration and encourages productivity through a comfortable and personalized workspace. We leverage technology and telehealth options to ensure continuity of care and maintain strong communication with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification processes and effective utilization management, navigating complex systems to advocate for client needs.
• Participate in comprehensive discharge planning and aftercare strategies, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent support as clients move through their care continuum.
• Provide therapeutic meal support and practical guidance to clients on creating and sustaining healthy relationships with food.
• Deliver empathetic, affirming, and culturally competent care tailored to each client's intersecting identities and unique circumstances.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
