·         Partner with leadership to identify practical solutions that balance compliance requirements, operational realities, and business objectives

·         Investigate and support employee relations matters including performance concerns, misconduct issues, harassment complaints, attendance concerns, interpersonal conflicts, and workplace investigations

·         Guide managers through employee performance processes including coaching conversations, corrective actions, written warnings, performance improvement plans, and separations

·         Conduct HR assessments and audits to identify opportunities, compliance risks, process gaps, and operational improvements

·         Draft, review, and implement employee handbooks, policies, procedures, forms, and HR-related communications tailored to client needs

·         Develop and deliver employee and management trainings on topics such as harassment prevention, workplace conduct, leadership development, compliance topics, onboarding, and best practices

·         Support and coordinate recruitment activities including workforce planning, job description development, interviewing guidance, candidate evaluations, and onboarding initiatives

·         Assist clients with organizational changes, restructuring efforts, workforce planning, and other special projects

·         Advise clients regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices

·         Partner with internal team members to coordinate support, share knowledge, and ensure a seamless client experience

·         Utilize multiple technology platforms and systems to manage client communications, documentation, projects, and deliverables while maintaining organization and responsiveness

·         Balance multiple client priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service, follow-through, and attention to detail

·         Participate in client meetings, presentations, onsite support activities, and networking or business development initiatives as needed
