Hope Again Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is offered remotely, allowing flexibility while maintaining a high standard of care. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for schedule adjustments based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client goals, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for sharing and healing.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops to enhance client understanding of mental health issues and coping strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, supporting clients through their most challenging moments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. We emphasize creating tailored treatment plans that resonate with each individual's cultural, personal, and clinical contexts.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Thorough knowledge of various mental health disorders and applicable treatment modalities.
• Exceptional skills in conducting assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for building rapport with clients.
• Adeptness in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with specific expertise in individual and group therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health disorders.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams within a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
