  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions, including muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities assessments to establish baselines and measure progress.
  • Review and assess the home environment of patients, providing recommendations and modifications to enhance their rehabilitation and independence.
  • Administer hands-on therapeutic exercises and treatments, including traction and massage, guiding patients through both manual and non-manual activities.
  • Evaluate, fit, and adjust orthotic and prosthetic devices; collaborate with physicians to recommend any modifications as necessary.
  • Document all clinical activities, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, care plans, and progress notes, and ensuring timely submission to maintain compliance.
  • Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team, engaging in case conferences and developing comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy devices and the ongoing physical therapy regimen to facilitate engagement and adherence.
  • Assess and adjust care plans based on changes in patient condition and ongoing evaluations conducted during treatment sessions.

Our clinic caters to a diverse range of patients, predominantly individuals seeking rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. We pride ourselves on offering tailored rehabilitation programs that address each patient's specific goals, fostering a supportive environment to help them achieve optimal recovery.

  • A minimum of two years experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient or home health settings, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques and clinical judgment.
  • Current certification in CPR and a valid driver’s license with automobile insurance are required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential for collaborating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Preferred Experience

While we require at least two years of professional experience, candidates with a background in outpatient rehabilitation or specialized training in areas such as sports medicine, geriatric care, or manual therapy will be favored.
