Job description

Title:ย Information Technology Associate III (Mid) ย 

Clearance Type:ย None

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Provide broad technical support for Navy information systems, network infrastructure, and associated components, including troubleshooting system issues and assisting with performance optimization.
  • Support advanced issue resolution, including diagnosing complex technical problems, coordinating remediation efforts, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
  • Deliver network management support, including monitoring network health, assisting with configuration changes, and supporting connectivity and communications requirements.
  • Provide server administration support, including system monitoring, patching, backup support, and configuration updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support configuration management, system changes, troubleshooting procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring information assurance and security compliance across supported systems, including adherence to cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements to strengthen system performance and security posture.
  • At least 4-10 years of IT experience, with a strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking, server administration skills, relevant certifications (e.g., Network+, Security+).ย ย
