Are you a natural at starting conversations, building instant rapport, and turning a casual interaction into an opportunity? Climate Experts is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work inside our partner Home Depot locations - and if you are money motivated and love the thrill of the close, this role was built for you.
Base pay up to $16 per hour
$10 spiff per booked lead + $10 per ran lead
Earn $40,000-$60,000+ per year

Climate Experts is a fast-growing, family-owned home services company serving Brevard County and surrounding areas. We deliver a world-class customer experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. We are expanding our in-store presence at Home Depot locations and need sales-driven people who know how to engage, connect, and book.
THE ROLE
This is not a shelf-stocking job. This is not a customer service role. This is a sales position for someone who is confident, outgoing, and driven by results. You will work the floor of our partner Home Depot locations, approach homeowners, start conversations about their home service needs, and book appointments for our team. The more you book, the more you make. It is that simple.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Proactively approach and engage customers throughout the store
- Start genuine conversations about home service needs and identify opportunities
- Explain Climate Experts services clearly and compellingly
- Book appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates and service calls
- Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership
- Hit a minimum of 10 booked leads per week
- Represent Climate Experts with professionalism and energy on every shift
- Ask for referrals to expand our customer base

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred - car sales, cell phones, door to door, gym memberships, insurance, or similar
- You are the person who talks to strangers without thinking twice
- Self motivated and money driven - you want to control your own income
- Outgoing, high energy, and confident on your feet
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read people quickly
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hours per shift
- Must pass background check and follow our tobacco-free policy
- No HVAC or home services experience required - we will train you on the product
