Warehouse Associate | Day Shift

Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in Columbia, MO.

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys staying active, working with a great team, and making sure every order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately?

Whether your background is in shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, inventory, or distribution, Hillyard offers a stable, full-time opportunity where your experience is valued.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Safely operate battery-powered material handling equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory while helping keep the warehouse organized and clean.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet daily shipping goals.
  • Use basic computer systems and email to support warehouse operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Experience with pick, pack, and ship processes is a plus.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including email.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
