JOB SUMMARY

A Warehouse Associate will perform an array of functions including but not limited to: receiving and processing incoming product, picking and filling customer orders, loading trucks and managing and organizing product stock. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work alone and in small groups, must be able to meet project timelines, and enjoy a fast-paced environment in the beverage alcohol industry.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In addition to the tasks and functions assigned by the Operations Manager, this position have the following essential duties and responsibilities, subject to modification at any time with or without notice:
  • Pick product cases in a fast, accurate and efficient manner utilizing Voice Pick technology
  • Load pallets on to trucks as needed
  • Maintain clean and effective workplace

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacks
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, as needed
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must have a positive, winning attitude and excellent attendance record
  • Must be a fast-paced individual with a strong work ethic
  • Be able to pass a drug screen, physical and background check
  • Must be able to move or lift up to 165 lbs (pounds) on occasion and repetitively list 25+ lbs (pounds) throughout the shift. Spend work shift continually moving on your feet and on and off of equipment. Wear a headset throughout the entire work shift
  • While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs, sit; use hands to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls, including standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax machines; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; and have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus

SCHEDULE

  • Sunday - Thursday
  • 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, additional hours may be required


WORKING CONDITIONS

This position operates in a warehouse environment. Hours will vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager. Regular, consistent attendance is required. Dress code may vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager
