Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Location: Surprise, Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time

Setting: Onsite | Single-Site Outpatient Orthopedics

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Monthly Productivity Bonus: $500 – $2,000
  • Sign-On / Relocation Incentive: $50,000 for eligible candidates

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a respected outpatient orthopedic clinic in Surprise, AZ. This is a full-time opportunity suitable for both seasoned clinicians and new graduates who want to grow in a progressive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
  • Monitor clinical progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with PTAs, referring physicians, and multidisciplinary care partners
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and compliance standards
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
  • Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, orthopedic-focused rehabilitation
