    Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor
    Campbell County Jail Kentucky
    Monday - Friday Day Shift

    Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, CSW, LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our behavioral health team at the Campbell County Jail. In this role, you'll provide critical mental health services to an underserved population while working alongside experienced medical and correctional professionals in a safe, structured environment.

    What You'll Do
    • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for newly admitted and existing patients
    • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on stabilization, recovery, and successful community re-entry
    • Provide individual and group counseling for concerns including substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, and coping skills
    • Collaborate with nursing staff, medical providers, correctional officers, and community agencies to coordinate patient care
    • Connect patients with internal programs and community resources for continued support after release
    • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
    • Practice evidence-based care while maintaining professional and ethical standards
    • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities

    What We're Looking For
    • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
    • Current Kentucky licensure as an LCSW, CSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCC, or other applicable behavioral health license
    • Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
    • Experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma, or crisis intervention
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
    • Correctional or forensic behavioral health experience is preferred but not required-we welcome clinicians from a variety of backgrounds
