Position Overview

Health Flow Psychological Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our innovative community health clinic. Work Environment

As a remote team member at our community health clinic, you will have the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while maintaining a collaborative spirit. You'll have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities through virtual platforms. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexible scheduling based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients and create customized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to client preferences and needs.
  • Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups, enhancing community and addressing common mental health issues among participants.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional multidisciplinary team members to support holistic patient outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies.
  • Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay abreast of current research in mental health therapy, integrating new techniques to enhance patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population at our clinic, including individuals experiencing complex mental health disorders and their families. Your role will directly impact patients seeking recovery and improved quality of life, and you will be part of their journey toward healing and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
  • Strong expertise in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Proficient in delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse client base.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer proficiency.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
  • Experience working in community health settings or with underrepresented populations is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

Health Flow Psychological Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
