This full-time remote role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to uncover clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Provide both individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health conditions, enhancing each client’s coping skills and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients, guaranteeing their various needs are met cohesively.
  • Deliver crisis intervention to clients facing acute distress, employing strong problem-solving skills and compassion to navigate emergencies effectively.
  • Engage with the community through outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health literacy and reducing societal stigma surrounding mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will involve providing support to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. By considering the unique context of each individual, your clinical insights will contribute significantly to improving their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
  • A completed master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to connect and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity are vital in effectively supporting clients from varying life experiences and circumstances.
  • Exhibit organizational and time-management skills to ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a healthcare or hospice setting, particularly involving mental health treatment, will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with a range of therapeutic methodologies and tools to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues will enhance your candidacy.
  • Demonstrated history of participating in community-focused initiatives or projects that promote mental health awareness and education.
