What We Are Looking For:

  • A passion for serving others and helping clients live their best lives possible.
  • Health Care Aid (HCA) certification or an equivalent qualification.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Vancouver area.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship, and applications from candidates outside of Canada without valid work authorization will not be considered.
What You Will Be Doing:

As a HCA, you will provide compassionate support with a range of daily activities, helping clients maintain their independence and stay in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and range of motion exercises.
  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals.
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and tidy environment.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in stimulating activities with clients.
  • Offering respite services for family members.
