- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key dealer personnel (leadership, sales, designers, etc.), understanding their business and identifying opportunities for growth to meet objectives.
- Develop/execute business plans + tailored relationship strategies per dealer sales rep to maximize wallet share and drive sales across assigned existing, target, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with dealers on business development meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales and further long-term business relationships.
- Aligns with dealer goals and KPIs to deliver value, providing tools and insights for growth. Share strategies to help dealers boost revenue with Haworth solutions.
- Align with dealer on strategic plan for comprehensive education and training programs for all dealer personnel, covering Haworth products, research, and design point of view.
- Influence dealers to lead with Haworth, leverage Elevate training and showcase Essential products to boost sales and profitability.
- Effectively manages business plan, keeps information current on strategies, sales activities, and results for all assigned accounts, and new business opportunities. Effectively manages expenses per guidelines.
- May travel up to 80% to meet face to face with clients, influencers, and dealers.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Project Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Education Equivalency:
- Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or,
- High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.
Work Experience:
- 2 years of experience in consultative business-to-business, solution-based sales role with demonstrated track of developing new business and generating revenue to meet sales targets.
