Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to meticulously determine clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with the individual goals and challenges of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing diverse therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and supportive therapy to facilitate meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic client care.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, maintaining accurate client records in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
