Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health
Location: Montgomery County, Ohio and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Part-Time | PRN

Join Our Team!
We are looking for a SPL who enjoys making a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking a licensed SLP to provide high quality speech therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other disciplines of the healthcare team
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio SLP license
  • Current CPR and/or BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Home health experience is preferred, but not required
