We are seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselors to join Growth Rescue Counseling Services, a leading outpatient psychiatric practice located in beautiful Mesa, Arizona. As a mental health therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse disorders. Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while also offering opportunities for in-person collaboration at our outpatient facility. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs, using standardized tools and personal interviews.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups to cultivate community and share coping strategies among participants.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention support and resources during mental health emergencies, demonstrating the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Educate clients about their mental health concerns, available treatment options, and potential community resources to enhance their support network.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings and case consultations to contribute to collective learning.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a counselor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with these individuals, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and build meaningful therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective patient interactions.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with technology in clinical settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field with advanced clinical training is preferred.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy across a range of settings, particularly in outpatient modalities.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
