  • Provide crisis intervention, support, and resources to clients in urgent situations, ensuring safety and well-being.
  • Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly to fulfill legal and ethical obligations.
  • Assist with conducting developmental screenings and more detailed assessments as needed, ensuring inclusivity for diverse populations.
  • Implement integrated care plans while facilitating communication among clients, their families, and the health care team members.
  • Deliver focused prevention and recovery services that aim to empower clients in their journey towards mental wellness.
  • Engage in quality improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies, particularly for diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational skills and the capacity to manage caseloads effectively while adhering to documentation requirements.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and adhering to organizational codes of conduct.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within community health services.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face.
