Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Grow Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to assigned clients, including individual, family, and group therapy focusing on mental health support.
• Conducting thorough assessments, evidence-based screenings, and developing integrated care plans that align with clients’ unique needs.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring clients have access to all necessary resources.
• Utilizing your expertise to address crises promptly, performing crisis interventions when needed to support clients safely.
• Maintaining detailed records, ensuring timely completion of documentation and data reporting to track client progress effectively.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Engaging in regular team meetings and case reviews to support peer feedback and shared learning experiences.
• Cultivating positive relationships with clients, instilling trust and support to empower them in their mental health journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges between USD 70,000 and USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
