Growth Marketing Manager
BravoTech is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for a premier client in Plano, TX. This is the company's first dedicated growth marketing hire, responsible for building the demand generation engine from the ground up as the business relaunches around an AI-first approach to corporate travel, expense, events, and integrated payments.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who wants to build, experiment, execute, and measure-not simply manage agencies or teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the B2B demand generation funnel from awareness through qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Create AI-assisted/agentic lead sourcing workflows for prospecting, enrichment, qualification, and segmentation.
• Develop positioning and campaigns targeting CFOs, controllers, and travel managers.
• Personally create landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, sales enablement, and digital content.
• Support product marketing across travel, expense, corporate card, events, and payments.
• Partner closely with Sales and Product to turn customer feedback into campaigns and messaging.
• Establish lead qualification, funnel metrics, dashboards, and ROI measurement.
• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype landing pages, microsites, campaigns, and marketing assets.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of B2B growth or demand generation marketing experience.
• Proven experience building a marketing program, channel, or growth initiative from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience generating and measuring leads against pipeline and revenue.
• Strong CRM and marketing automation experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, or similar platforms.
• Experience with lead scoring, sequencing, enrichment, segmentation, and data hygiene.
• Daily, practical use of AI in marketing workflows.
• Exposure to tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make, Builder.io, v0, Lovable, Gamma, n8n, or similar AI/automation platforms.
• Comfortable designing agentic or multi-step automated workflows with appropriate human oversight.
• B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, expense management, or corporate travel experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL or scripting experience is a plus.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on, AI-first growth marketer who can combine strategy, content, automation, experimentation, and analytics to build a scalable B2B growth engine.
