Job description
Take charge of demolition projects with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as an Experienced Project Manager. Ensure projects meet high standards while leading teams and managing schedules and budgets.
As a Project Manager within Green Infrastructure Partners Inc., you will be responsible for delivering pivotal demolition and civil projects on time and within budget. You will oversee multiple project aspects including scheduling, contract negotiation, and risk management. Your role includes mentoring project personnel and maintaining rigorous documentation to ensure transparency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive project lifecycle management from design through delivery
• Adjust schedules and budgets based on project needs
• Coordinate teams to facilitate seamless project execution
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Ensure documentation is comprehensive and current
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
• At least 5 years of applicable demolition experience
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects of $50M+
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Proficiency in risk management and safety protocols
Lead sustainable and innovative demolition efforts at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. while building client trust and relationships.
