Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing assessment and intervention services tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to refine therapeutic skills and stay aware of industry best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions, sharing insights and feedback to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By offering tailored care, you will play a pivotal role in improving client outcomes and ensuring they receive the support necessary to thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical social work setting.
• Strong expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school settings or with youth and families is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions relevant to various psychological issues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
