Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into each client's mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions to clients spanning various age groups, addressing diverse mental health conditions that include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, setting clear and achievable goals that align with their unique circumstances and preferences.
  • Provide crisis intervention support for clients who may be experiencing acute distress or emergencies, offering immediate strategies and follow-up care.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, relevant coping strategies, and community resources to enhance their self-efficacy and ongoing recovery.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations while upholding compliance with legal requirements.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards, ensuring the privacy and trust of client relationships.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively engaging with and understanding clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for our clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will provide care to a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing a range of mental health challenges. Our client-focused approach emphasizes building trusting relationships, where clients feel safe and understood in sharing their experiences and progressing in their treatment journey.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
  • Extensive clinical experience in delivering therapy services across diverse populations and settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Empathetic and ethical approach to therapy, building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity towards the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and responsiveness to the evolving mental health landscape.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
  • Background in crisis intervention and management for acute mental health conditions.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms effectively in therapy delivery.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus, health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for continuing education.
