Job description

Need a CFO immediately job at GPAC. Kalamazoo, MI. I have partnered with a well-established Construction company seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations of the organization
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team
  • Manage multiple facilities and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
  • Develop and implement financial strategies
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial management
  • Strong management skills
  • Proven track record as a leader in a financial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • AIA Billing experience preferred
  • The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
