Be the Person who keeps it all Moving
Ashby Lumber is looking for an Executive Assistant - Sales & Marketing to partner with our VP of Sales & Marketing and help keep a busy, multi-location operation organized and moving forward.
This isn't your typical Executive Assistant role. You'll combine executive support with sales and marketing coordination - from preparing meetings and tracking priorities to supporting campaigns, events, and our sales teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and follow-ups
  • Prepare meeting materials and keep action items moving
  • Support sales reporting, meetings, promotions, and CRM upkeep
  • Create and schedule social media content and assist with website updates
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors and support campaigns and promotional materials
  • Help plan contractor events, trainings, vendor meetings, and customer events
  • Take ownership of special projects and help turn ideas into action

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 3+ years of executive assistant, administrative, sales support, marketing coordination, or similar experience
  • Experience supporting a senior leader
  • Strong Google Workspace skills
  • Experience managing business social media
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow through skills
  • Ability to travel between Berkeley and Concord

Bonus: Experience with Canva, website content, events, reporting, or the building materials/construction industry
