Job description

Good Shepherd is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care and support exceptional clinical outcomes for our residents. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an important role in medication administration, resident monitoring, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will help ensure every resident receives compassionate, high-quality care.

What We Offer

Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour

  • $3000 LPN Sign-On Bonus (paid over one year in quarterly increments) | Full-Time Only

Schedule and Employment Type

  • Full-Time Days (6AM - 6PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

  • Part-Time Nights (6PM - 6AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

  • Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
