Summary:
As a Financial Analyst, , you play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. You will help analyze business performance, develop financial models, and provide data-driven insights that guide decision-making across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance indicators, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans for assigned departments or business units
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, variance analysis, and strategic business cases
  • Analyze actual financial results versus budget/forecast and prepare reports highlighting key variances, trends, and business drivers
  • Partner with operations, marketing, HR, and other departments to gather data, understand cost drivers, and support business planning
  • Track and report key financial and operational metrics; recommend actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance
  • Support the development of dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership meetings and decision-making
  • Assist in the analysis of capital investment opportunities, ROI evaluations, and pricing strategies
  • Contribute to enhancements in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools to drive accuracy, automation, and scalability
  • Maintain financial documentation and ensure planning activities comply with internal controls and company policies
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other finance team members to align financial data and ensure consistency across reports
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if applicable
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members, aligned with the company's guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related finance roles; hospitality or gaming industry experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with financial planning systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) preferred
  • Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
