    A Taste of What You'll Do

    As a Part-Time General Winery Worker based in Modesto, you'll play an essential role in bringing Gallo products to life within our winery operations. Working under immediate supervision, you will contribute directly to production activities that ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the Warehouse. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a collaborative team while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
     

    In this role, you'll support a variety of production tasks ranging from loading bottles and inspecting product quality to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Whether you're ensuring defective items are removed, assisting with packing, or keeping production lines running smoothly, your attention to detail and teamwork will help deliver high-quality results.
     

    You'll also be part of a culture that prioritizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Every day brings something new, and your flexibility to support teammates where needed will make a meaningful impact. If you're looking for a dynamic role where your contributions matter and you can build foundational skills in winery operations, this is the opportunity for you!

    What You'll Need

    • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
    • Required to be 18 years of age.
    • Required to successfully complete assessment.
    • Required to work any shift and any day.
    • Required to lift and carry 28 pounds constantly.
    • Stand up lifting of 50 pounds required.
    • Required to lift and carry 60 pounds occasionally.
    • Required to comply with company GMP Policies.
    • Experience working in a team environment.
    • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

    How You'll Stand Out

    • Two years of work experience; or previous Grad to Gallo or Gallo seasonal experience.
    • Gallo Gateway to Industry Intern Program.
    • Two years of experience working in a manufacturing environment; or previous Grad to Gallo or Gallo seasonal experience.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
