This full-time role is situated in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Pompano Beach, Florida. The center is designed to create a comfortable and motivating atmosphere for patients as they progress through their rehabilitation journeys. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a standard work week that promotes work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish patient goals and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and pain relief.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, providing direct treatment and supervision to ensure optimal care.
• Implement cost-effective interventions that enhance patients' range of motion and functional abilities, while actively reducing dependence on medications.
• Employ a variety of treatment techniques, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies, motivating them throughout the rehabilitation process to achieve their personal health and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, including progression monitoring and necessary modifications to care plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes using EMR software, such as WebPT.

In this role, you will primarily interact with adult patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. This demographic often seeks to regain their prior levels of functionality and alleviate pain. Your expertise will help empower these individuals, guiding them through rehabilitation while providing emotional support and encouragement.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active physical therapist license in the state of Florida with no records of disciplinary actions.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and experience designing effective exercise programs.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT.

• A minimum of 2 years working experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices in patient care.
• Previous experience collaborating with a diverse healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
