Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Legal Operations Associate to join our team. This role will support Fullbloom in managing and optimizing the company's legal operations platforms, and ensuring compliance with legal and business policies.
Position Dates: September 1st, 2026-December 31, 2026
Responsibilities
Responsibilities/Core Functions:
  • Operate and manage company legal operations platforms to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee and coordinate the negotiation, approval, and execution of customer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and business policies.
  • Assist operators and administrators in submitting customer contract requests, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Review and revise contract management documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Facilitate conference calls or meetings with internal and external parties to negotiate and finalize contract terms.
  • Research and respond to contract inquiries, interpreting contractual obligations and providing solutions to ensure regulatory and business compliance.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract lifecycle management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners to support business objectives.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in legal practice, contract administration, or legal operations.
  • Proven ability to analyze contracts independently, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to handle complex, difficult, or escalated issues with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates responsiveness and a sense of urgency when dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with contract management, document management, or matter management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word.
  • Ironclad experience nice to have
  • Adobe Acrobat DC experience a plus.
