Franklin Health System LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, specializing in support services for individuals in a Detox Center. This full-time position allows for flexible hours while maintaining essential business operations. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, social, and environmental challenges, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique situations.
  • Develop Service Plans: Create tailored service plans that outline clear goals, interventions, and means to monitor progress effectively. Engage clients to participate actively in the planning process.
  • Counseling and Support: Provide individualized counseling and support to clients and families, addressing issues such as substance use disorders, mental health crises, and personal conflicts.
  • Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients facing acute distress.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside community organizations, healthcare providers, and legal assistance resources to coordinate comprehensive services and support appropriate resource access for clients.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in outreach initiatives to promote agency services, raising awareness about available resources and assistance for those in need.
  • Team Participation: Attend case conferences, engage in team meetings, and participate in training to continuously develop your professional skills and maintain a high standard of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Franklin Health System LLC, you will engage primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. This population may face complex challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, and social instability. Your expertise will provide them with the tools and support they need to navigate their recovery paths successfully.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required. Candidates with a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills and cultural competency to effectively serve diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and social justice issues relevant to our client population.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client advocacy.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in a social service or mental health setting, particularly in substance abuse or crisis intervention.
  • Familiarity with community resources and service coordination enhances our capacity to serve clients effectively.
  • Experience in using case management software and teletherapy platforms to facilitate remote counseling sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
