Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager who will support daily office operations in our Atlanta office. This position is critical to ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-coordinated workplace while providing direct administrative support to team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Office Management Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts
  • Coordinate office maintenance and facility-related issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and logistics
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing documents and packages for shipment.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for office operations
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team activities

Administrative Support Duties:

  • Provide direct administrative support to team members, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical)
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and coordination with HR

Client & Team Support:

  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Liaise between departments to support communication and efficiency

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role (financial services experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting within the Atlanta market, supporting a collaborative and client-focused financial services team. There will be prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times.
