Key Responsibilities

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe space for therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, gathering relevant information from diverse sources.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of sessions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LMFT at Fora Therapy Center will primarily involve working with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health challenges. You will engage with both children and adults, providing a safe environment for them to express their thoughts and feelings. Our clinic focuses on delivering quality mental health care that is accessible to all, aiming to empower patients through education and positive therapeutic experiences.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active State license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or group therapy to clients across the lifespan.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to effectively handle client caseloads and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Experience in conducting assessments and crisis interventions would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
