Adjectives used to describe you should include “driven,” “detail-oriented” and “creative.”

To best collaborate with PartnerComm’s Creative Team, we require that you work on-site at our Dallas location.

  • Maintain knowledge on best practices in user-centered design and technology to help create engaging websites and tools for our clients and users
  • Be willing to step outside of your regular duties and comfort zone to complete project objectives successfully and on-time
  • Ensure adherence to web best practices like web accessibility, client standards, and brand guidelines
  • Conduct QA/QC web reviews to identify design inconsistencies between comps and staging website by creating tickets for developers in Zoho

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of digital design experience
  • Proficient in industry standard UX/web design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools
  • Must be organized and able to independently maintain project details, artwork, and photography naming conventions
  • Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS for web and email design best practices
  • Understands how typography, photography, graphics, and elements of design work together for a well-rounded design
  • Detail-oriented with a natural eye for design
