Job description

Job Summary:
Five Rivers IT Inc. is a company that builds and services reliable IT infrastructures for midsized businesses, experiencing consistent growth. They are seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide world-class IT services to clients in the NYC metro area, focusing on incident resolution and customer support.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide initial contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems.
โ€ข Attempt to resolve as many incidents during the first call as possible.
โ€ข Document incident resolution and status in incident PSA tool.
โ€ข Provide day-to-day support for localized PC issues.
โ€ข Create and manage user accounts and provide remote troubleshooting support to customers.
โ€ข Provide input and update to standard operating procedures.
โ€ข Participate in the organization's change management process.
โ€ข communicating and escalating issues using sound judgment and self-initiative.
โ€ข Provide polite and friendly customer service.
Qualifications:
Required:

โ€ข Ability to build rapport with clients
