Panama City, Florida

About Us:

Phoenix Labor Group is a leading provider of innovative shipbuilding and heavy industry solutions, committed to delivering high-quality services that support the maritime and industrial sectors. We seek dedicated professionals with at least 3 years of shipbuilding or industrial experience to join our team. If you have relevant industry experience, we encourage you to apply.

General Requirements for All Trades:

  • 3 years of experience in a shipyard or industrial setting.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

*Must successfully pass a hands-on provisional test, drug test, and background test (if applicable).

Pay: Varies based on experience, position, and location.

Benefits:

  • - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience

  • - Per Diem pay (Qualifying Candidates Only)
  • - Temporary housing assistance (two weeks of complimentary lodging)
  • - Up to $150 travel reimbursement (one-time courtesy)
