As a Leasing Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to manage and lease properties within our Kansas City, MO portfolio.


JobSummary:

As a Leasing Consultant at HH Red Stone, your primary responsibility will be to drive leasing and marketing efforts for our properties, ensuring high occupancy rates, facilitating smooth move-ins, and handling lease renewals. You will also deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents while ensuring compliance.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • EngagewithProspectiveandCurrentResidents:
  • Conductleasingtours,qualifypotentialresidents,andmanageleasepaperworkefficiently.
  • Ensureaseamlessleasingprocessandthatallapplicantsareprovidedwithaclearandtransparentexperience.
  • ProvideExceptionalCustomerService:
  • Deliveroutstandingservicetoresidents,vendors,andteammembers.
  • Addresstenantconcernsandprovideassistancewithmaintenancerequestsandlease-relatedinquiries.
  • ResidentEventPlanning:
  • Collaboratewiththeteamtoplanandexecuteresidenteventsthatenhancethecommunityexperienceandfosterengagement.
  • SupportMarketingEfforts:
  • Ensurethatmarketingmaterials,advertisements,andpropertylistingsareup-to-dateandalignedwithourbrand.
  • LeasingDocumentationandCompliance:
  • Completeleasingpaperwork,maintainaccuraterecords,andensurealldocumentationmeetscompanystandardsandregulatoryrequirements,includingFairHousing.


Qualifications:

  • HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent(GED).
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,Outlook).
  • StrongCommunicationSkills,bothwrittenandverbal.
  • Abilitytointerpretandapplybusinessregulationseffectively.
  • 1yearofdirectsalesexperienceor2yearsofcustomerserviceexperience.
