Physical Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize and reset guest tables.
• Learn to provide great steps of service for guests.
• Learn to incorporate elements of hospitality into the guest experience.
• Facilitate appropriate, pleasing and brief conversations with guests.
• Manage time wisely to maintain a consistent and productive pace.
• Think and process quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with other hosts and servers to facilitate effective seating, table utilization and service.
• Communicate with Kitchen Leader about seating flow and large parties.
• Operate and utilize seating list in a Point-of-Sales system.
• Provide menu and other basic information to guests.
